Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for all Midtown Bike Center operations including oversight of the sales floor, cafe, and repair shop.

Synopsis Of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in multiple roles including sales, cafe, and repair as needed
  • Set tangible goals for sales staff.
  • Motivate and reward sales staff using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Monitor and maintain employee efficiency
  • Manage payroll for your department
  • Schedule sales, repair and cafe staff
  • Review cafe menu and pricing and modify as needed
  • Hire, train, promote, motivate and discipline employees
  • Monitor and maintain quality control systems
