Job Title: Sales Associate, Level - 2
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Compensation: Starting at $16/hour
Summary:
This position requires intermediate product knowledge and experience selling in a high-end retail environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Intermediate product knowledge of the brands we sell
- Guide and instruct L1 Sales staff
- Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers
- Check work email and respond at the beginning and end of every shift
- Direct customers through entire sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Complete a multitude of daily house keeping and office tasks
Successful completion of following orientation and training:
- Complete Freewheel Bike sales training guide
- Attend Freewheel Bike sales training 101
- Attend Freewheel Bike Sales training 102
- Trek Project One training
- Trek U Expert level including all sales modules
- Customer service training skills 102
- Bike sizing 101
- Bike positioning 101
- Apparel training 102 , helmets and shoe brands we stock
Education/Experience: One year of bicycle retail sales experience
Skills and Traits: Outgoing, enthusiastic, sociable, gregarious, positive attitude
Physical Demands:
- Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift
