Common on European utility bikes, a front wheel stabilizer makes loading front racks simpler. It is a spring connecting the fork to the down tube. The Mounting Set Toptube-Bag is not only included as standard with the Toptube-Bag but is also suitable for retrofitting the Fuel-Pack and other bags.
