Our Freewheel Educators are ready to teach you anything you want to know about bike maintenance on an individual level. Let us know what you'd like to work on! This is a hands-on course so be sure to bring your bike with you!

Here is a list of the most commonly requested lesson and anticipated times:

Suspension fork/shock service - Estimated 2 hours for one fork lower service lesson, 1hr 15min for a rear shock air canister service

Suspension Set-Up - how to set air pressure, rebound damping and compression damping - 45min

Disc Brake Bleed - Est 1hr :15 minutes (covers two brakes)

Flat Fix - Est 30 - 40 Minutes

Emergency Repairs - Broken Chain, Broken Spokes, Flat Fix, Bent Broken Derailleur Hanger -  Est 2 hours

Bar Tape Install - Est 45 min

Tune-Up 101 Class as a private lesson - 2 hours

Advanced Wheel Building and Theory, wheel design, parts selection, spoke length calculation, tension balancing - 2.5 hours

Bicycle Assembly, So you just bought a new bike online and now you need to put it together - 1 - 2 hrs

Bike Packing - no not the kind where you go camping with your bike, this is how to put your bike in a box or travel case so that you can ship it - 1.5hrs
