Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour
Summary: This position requires high level product knowledge and experience selling in a high-end bicycle retail environment as well as strong leadership skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Guide and instruct L1-L3 Sales staff
- Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes with customers
- Direct customers through entire sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Complete a multitude of daily housekeeping and office tasks
- High End accessories and parts knowledge (Garmin, Go Pro, Di2, aftermarket wheels from Bontrager, Shimano,) Full suspension bike design features and benefits,
- Strong leadership/coaching skills
- Custom bike sales (select compatible parts to build up a bare frame ala Waterford)
- Participate in planning sessions to guide inventory selection and depth
- High level of product knowledge of the brands we sell

- Sales training 104
- Bike Fitting (Sizing 101, positioning 101 and Trek Precision Fit trained)
- Trek U Ninja
- Supervisor training 101 (positive reinforcement skills)
Education/Experience: Three to four years of bicycle retail sales experience

Physical Demands:
